I have hired Jimmy to complete numerous jobs on my condominium at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida and I have nothing but praise. From his punctuality to the attention to detail of his work, he has never let me down. I have had the opportunity to know Mr. James Schmidt for the past six months. When Jimmy asked me for a letter of recommendation in order to secure future work, I offered it without reservation. He almost single-handedly rescued my home renovation project that had stalled and renewed my belief in the American work ethic.

My husband and I own a condo unit at Edgewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, FL. Jimmy has recently remodeled and updated our unit. My name is Steven Reznick and I own multiple properties in Tallahassee and Panama City Beach. Jimmy Schmidt, has been my contractor for 6 years and I have never had a problem with him completing the numerous projects he has been given.
He has tiled several of my units at the beach that are all top rated condos. I hired Jimmy to do one of my most ambitious projects, which was to turn my basement (which at the time was basically a hole with dirt) into my dream living area a 2600 sq. space equipped with a full bar, living room with built in entertainment center, another sitting area big enough for a pool table, and a master bedroom with a full size bathroom. What really made this project special was the wine cellar built to perfection. The job was done excellent on a very timely schedule with the utmost professionalism.
