Q. What is Maintenance Solutions?
A. Maintenance Solutions is a full-service repair and maintenance company specializing in all of the around-the-house, condo, and office, handyman tasks that everyone has on a to-do list.
Q. Who is sent to my house/condo to do the work?
A. A uniformed technician will arrive at your home carrying
his own tools in a clearly marked vehicle. All of our technicians are partners
in our company, not subcontractors. They are insured and possess a high
level of skill and experience. Our technicians arrive on time, ready to
work.
Q. How do I schedule a service appointment?
A. Simply call us at (850) 215-5496. In the event you leave a message your call will be returned immediately.
Q. How do we charge?
A. There is a service charge/parts/labor fee for each job. At the initial visit, cost for each task/job will be estimated and explained to you before service will begin. This way our customers are charged only for the time/job that we actually do.
Q. Can I get an estimate for my job?
A. The smaller jobs, changing bulbs, etc. will not need an estimate . If you give us a call, however, we can give you an idea of how long a job similar to yours would require and cost.
Q. How do I pay?
A. At the end of the job we will send out an Invoice by Mail, Fax or E-Mail.
